What my clients are saying

Tiffany is very personable and professional and is very detail oriented. She had quite a challenge to find a new home for me and to meet all of the requirements that were on my "wish list," but she managed to prove that she was up for the task! She began searching for my new home before I had even moved to the state and also worked with my entire Florida family in the process until I arrived. She is reliable, knowledgeable and caring and it is a pleasure to work with her!

~ Cyndee Winter

Excellent service. We moved to the area having never been here before and Tiffany was very helpful in helping us find the right home. She got us access to multiple houses in different parts of town and was able to answer all our questions in regards to what amenities were in proximity to each and the pros and cons of the different areas of town. After we found our home, she was always available to answer our questions and walk us through our first home buying. Her knowledge of Jacksonville and the home buying process is superb. I highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.

~ Ashley & Chris Cole

Ms. Selby was superb from day one. She was available to show the property on a Sunday afternoon, answered most of our questions quickly/accurately, and when she didn't know the answer to something, she would be diligent about getting the information in a timely manner. Ms. Selby was always courteous and calm even when situations were challenging. In our case, negotiations fell through after an obscure bank underwriter issue surfaced. Ms. Selby coordinated undoing all the agreements as smoothly as she arranged them during the peak negotiation time. I was impressed with her work ethic, transparency, and above all, he demeanor during difficult situations. My wife and I will certainly seek her services in the future and will recommend her to friends and family in search of a home and a pleasant buying experience.

~ Emmanuel & Leah Pena

Tiffany helped my wife and I with our move from Texas to Jacksonville. She took time to meet with my mother & father-in-law and FaceTime with us as we shopped around for houses and, when we found a home we liked, was on top of negotiating our offer with the sellers. Tiffany also helped make the stressful process of moving across states easier with regular and open communication. Thanks very much.

~ Andrew Whittet

Highly recommend Tiffany. She helped us find a 4 br house in the Woods. Tiffany was always available with a big smile. She has an A+ personality; very pleasant and accessible. She is also very knowledgeable and professional. She knows her job very well, and get it done properly. She gave us great advice and negotiated the price. She is on your side and very honest. Tiffany makes you feel like a family member or friend is helping you find a house. She is the BEST !!!! FIVE STAR *****

~ Maryam R.

We were relocating from MN to Jacksonville and Tiffany met with us during the Memorial weekend when the other agents were out or it seemed like no one wanted to show us homes. She's knowledgeable to the area having lived here most of her life. Tiffany also has a great network of professionals that were able to get us the best rates and treatment. Her real estate and negotiating skills are well seasoned as she was able to navigate through the home buying process effortlessly. I highly recommend Tiffany for your real estate needs.

~ Mr Jx

Tiffany was super helpful to us in finding our new home. She was attentive to our wants and needs. Ultimately, she was helpful in the negotiation, inspection and all other steps involving the process of obtaining our new.

~ Rina M.

Only realtor I found that actually put effort into finding what I was looking for. Didn't take long to find what I was looking for after she showed me a few homes.

~ Michael G.

Upon my decision to relocate to Jacksonville, I was referred to contact Tiffany Selby. Raised in J'ville, she has extreme knowledge of the entire area. I told her what I was looking for and upon my arrival, she showed (and drove) me nearly the entire Jacksonville area. This gave me a sense of each community and neighborhoods. Tiffany is a delight to work with. I have already recommended to my friends in Atlanta who are also looking to relocate to Jacksonville.

~ JoAnn

My husband and I used Tiffany to both sell our condo and buy our new home. She was extremely helpful and patient with the purchase of our "new" old home. We wanted to restore a historic home, which meant we saw 30+ homes, and some a few times with contractors to understand all the renovation costs. When we finally decided on the "one", she was extremely helpful navigating the deal and negotiating a fair price for us accommodating all the renovation costs, but keeping us within comp ranges. Overall I highly recommend using Tiffany for your real estate needs. What you can expect from her is an extremely professional, honest, highly responsive and caring person. Thank you again for all your hard work!!
